There are quite a number of reputable rental companies but my advice id dont furnish it out to expensively. Strangers do not respect your property. You are better of advertising on Face book. if at all at least you have total control. You know just how much you want to charge & will get all of it. The down side is that you have to monitor your fb page regulaly & you will need your own web site to direct people to. Again time consuming as this has to be monitored daily & you need to reply within 24 hrs or people will look elsewhere. Family, friends etc are a good start you can claim for setting up your apartment to include everything (Most renters request aircon) agains tax. & if you are clever you can spread your claim over at least two years but you MUST register. The Spainsh government are not stupid & reports are that they will be looing a places like Condado. You will need a property manager but again you can claim the fees against your tax. There are many property management people on Condado but just because someone recommends them doesnt mean they are legal. Check out beforehand. There were many recommendations for a car hire company a few years ago. It has closed down now & people are only just finding out that most if not all of the cars were not legal. Thank goodness no one was involved in a serious accident
