buying ground floor appartment

we are planing to buy a groundfloor appartment in block 10. Waiting for the contract from the bank. is there anything we should look out for when buying in la isla.  and can someone here give me the monthly communal costs for the property.  thanks in advance for your replies. we have a ground floor on block 10. Quarterly fees are appx 330 euro.

i know this is an old post, but i wonder if anyone is kind enought ti share honest opinion on living situation in "la isla de condado?" Noise, etc? We want to live long term and not rent it, just for personal use.

We have seen it in the morning weekend last week, seem quite and peaceful , close to town centre and the security  guard is active and manned. ..which i like. Seem clean and well maintained also, i wonder if all the apartments are just for holiday rents or are there people living there long term?

i also noticed a lot of resell....i wonder about that too...

We have bought 2 years ago and absolutely love it. most of the year really quiet.  bit more people during the summer holiday but never a lot of noise.  there are several people who live permanently. Some appartments are being rented out. but think that most of the owners have it for personal use only.
