Has the developer at United Golf Resorts La Tercia gone bust?

I looked at United Golf resorts at La Tercia a few years ago. I really liked the place. I heard that the developer had gone bust, is this correct?

I am a property owner there (and really really like the place)  and I am not aware that the promoter has ACTUALLY gone bust/into administration yet.   However, he is not selling his stock of properties on Phase 1 but banks have taken back the unsold properties on phase 2 and have successfully sold the majority of those repossessions.  

What is true - it is a lovely place.  Its not finished yet but we have a fantastic community of owners, great gardens and pools, tennis courts, bowling green..............and fantastic views to the mountains.  There are supermarkets in the local villages of La Tercia and Balsicas and it is only 20 minutes down to the beaches of hte Mar Menor and Los Alcazares for its great restaurants and beaches.  But there are some good local restaurants in Sucina , Balsicas, Roldan and its only 20 minutes or so into Murcia and it will be only 15 minutes or so to the new airport (when and if it opens).
