Hi, We are just going through the process of buying on the resort, block 41.
Would like to get in touch with others in the block, to find out about tv connection, internet etc.
Does anyone know of a good electrician we can use for our light fixtures, and the best place to buy our white goods.

For TV & Internet, you should contact A2Z Telecommunicaciones (google it) as they have all the stuff pre-installed. Lots of TV channels plus 2Mbps broadband is around €25/mon these days. For electrics we used DFS Spain - very efficient and great service. Had my first visit at beginning of Feb and everything was in and ready to use.

Hello Fiona we have just furnished are apartment we got light fittings washer and fridge freezer from tien21 in roldan bought it first day there andthey fitted it all the next day .got bedding from primark at Cartagena ,shower screen from leroy merlin at same place and bought pots pans and other kitchen stuff from ikea in murcia .Were on the ground floor in block 56 graham

We are out end of next week to finish the furnishings on our place..just lamps and bedside cabinets to go..
Electrics - got from the imaginatively titled 'electric Shop' they fitted white goods & air con all next day after purchase, chose everything online and paid over the phone.
Ikea in Murcia of course...easy to get to and filled our hire car twice and they deliver, even assemble for a fee.
We decided not to go with a furniture pack, but source ourselves. Bastida in San Javier is v cool, some very stylsih items. I think they are at 70% liquidation discount too. Smaller bits like kettle etc from the commercial centre outside San Javier near the market.
The new lighting shop on La Zenia strip is great and has some good outdoor lights.

Yes we have just had air con installed but had lots of problems and it took two days, I think basically there were no wires left in the walls to I stall and when they tried to feed the wires down the space was very limited so had to cut holes in the ceilings to allow the feed process to take place. However it is now in place just have a lot of patching to do now. We are in block 267

Yes we've just bought too I think beside Sharon and Steve in block 267 :) we got our furniture from DFS in Murcia and hey were great and there is a lighting shop next door to them that we chose our lights and Paul from DFS fitted them he was very good. Not sure about Internet though that's our next sort out. Congratulations x

Hello
Please be aware the Las Terrazas air conditioning pre-installation is an absolute mess
This year alone we have conducted surveys and found one property with all the condensate drains blocked
Two properties second bedroom condensate drain blocked
One property communicating conduit from roof to the property was damaged
We are installing A/C at 267 Tuesday/Wednesday next week
If anyone wants advice and how to overcome most problems our telephone number is on our sign written van
