I read in RTN the delightful news that as well as the increase on it's way on electricity prices, those of us who unfortunately are not in a position to live permanently in our spanish homes are to be clobbered again by the Government's intention to increase the tariff on second homes from a 30/70% split (standing charge/consumption) to 50/50% instead. There will be plenty of second homeowners seeing this as another nail in the coffin for them.
It beggars belief!
