Hi to everybody,
I am an owner on the Jardines de Cope.
I have started this site because there are 51 apartments on this development and I am sure that you will all want to be represented.
I will be visiting this site shortly and will submit some new photos after I return.
Please make your presence known by submitting any comments, ideas or information that you think may be interesting to other owners.

Has anyone else had any problems with AG2 solictors. Each time I ring I am answered by a different person who does not know whether I am buying or selling!
They say they will get back to me, but I have to ring them and explain it all over again!

AG2 have been hard work, The contact I had was Lynda but I am told she has left.
On a different note, I have seen the pool area now & it looks a lot better than the apart hotel pool which is tiles & concrete.
It makes a nice change to see greenery and I think it is well worth it even if it does cost a few euros more.
There is an irrigation system in place which i think will stop it looking bad in droughts.
I would like to say thanks to everyone who has recommended palm properties to me i have used one of their furniture packs & am now considering renting the property out which i wasn't going to do before.
They have made everything so much easier, anyone who needs help should try them as well. the website is palm-properties.net

I agree FR,
Having a nice green area is always a bonus in Spain. There are plenty of concrete jungles and dust / rock piles everyware else.
As for AG2, I have spoken to them again today. There has been quite a few changes in their Vera office. Linda (pretty in Spanish) left the office, Sarah who was very helpful has left since!
Tuesday they were closed for staff training, so I hope that they will catch up and get things moving now.
I am glad that you have taken my advice about Palm Properties, as they seem to be very helpful - well they were with me.
If anyone has any more information, please let us know. It is in our own interest that we keep each other informed.

Hi, has anyone had problems contacting AG2?
Each time I ring, I get an answer phone giving me the times of opening, but when I ring during that time, I get the same message!?

Hi Glider,
The apartments are looking good and some in the straight bock are already occupied.
The Green Shrubs in the gardens, as far as we can find out are a Spanish type of privit. I hope that this will dispell the romour that they are called 'Green Things'.
