Reserving on Condado

We were waiting for ours, so we contacted the agent again, and found out they forgot to send it. When they did send it, we then had only a couple of days to pay the deposit, My wife eventually viewed our 2 bed apartment, and although a lot smaller than I remember when we viewed them when they were first built, they are still good value at the current price.

yep I just viewed after reserving 9 days ago, still no contract despite chasing the agent several times and them chasing the bank...fingers crossed

hi we viewed in october and paid a deposit to blue med and put in our application to the bank for a morgage on 8th oct up to now we still have heard nothing. will update after calling them tomorrow.

 Same thing here......have got confirmation from the agent that its ours and a guy from the bank let me in to see the interior on Friday.

Back in UK now expecting things to be going at break neck speed but still no contract. Its on its way im assured and its just the bank running behind due to the demand.

We didnt have any reservation until 10 days ago when we were already on site. The ones we looked at were being sold before our eyes and by the time we had walked round to see an available one it was off the market. Got lucky in the end with one with no signs of damp etc overlooking pool on G1

fingers crossed it all goes through!

Played the golf course whilst we were there and it was absolutely superb....cant wait to go back especially as i am currently surrounded by freezing fog in Northumberland 

You wont be disappointed when you get on site people its fab..

You are buying at a great time as Condado has come on leaps and bounds in the last 12 months and with the new airport at Corvera due to open next year things are getting better and better.
