Do you get your signal through a digibox? If so, check you have not pushed analogue reception by mistake, if you have, you will have lost majority of channels, and those you have will be poor quality picture. If this is the case, you should be able to either presss TV button on your TV remote to get digital back, or you may have a button that states DVB, if so, press that.

Failing that you might need to re-tune your digibox, failing that, ask an expert!

Could be same problem, check you are on DVB reception, same way I mentioned in my ortiginal email. Cannot really think what else it can be, unless you need to re-tune stations. Should be simple fix whatever.

 Both sockets are feed from the one cable feed so it should matter which you plug in.  I say "should" as for some strange reason some sockets in some apartments have one which is better than the other, so maybe worth trying the other socket for which you will need a different cable or an adaptor

I had Paco here fro,A2z who told me about using socket and as the A2Z engineer he explained the sat was for a Spanish sky system Ours works fine now so suggest we stick to cable and leave Sat alone

 Having installed many TV on condado and having taken many of the face plates to pieces, there is one cable that connects to both sockets.  Yes the face plate was manufactured to allow two seperate feeds but this is not how it is used on Condado.  As I have said there are a large number of apartments where the signal will depend on which socket you use, some work fine in the left (TV) others better in the right(SAT).

take it from me, the sat is not for spanish sky ( which doesn't exist ) not at condado anyway.
