handing back keys

hi all,

I'm struggling with my mortgage and wondered if anyone could advise me on what to do about handing the keys back, if it's possible, to the bank, before i go into arrears?

The best advice anyone can give you is to get legal advice.

Maria De castro on here always appears to have a very good knowledge of such things. it wont cost much just to get an opinion on what your choices are.

We would also suggest that you get legal advice, we had a client who recently handed back her keys to the bank and she used Mare Nostrum solicitors in Los Narejos to help her through the process.   They made things as easy as possible for her in the circumstances.
