Dear all,

My name is Jill and I purchased no 48 back in March 2002...Only today have I been told of this website and I cannot believe the experiences that other fellow residents have been going through.

My last viewing of my apartment was March 06 and I like the rest of you have been waiting to complete. After many recent attempts in trying to contact both Mary and Maria and realising that all numbers including fax, email have been disconnected I got really concerned and asked my lawyer to find out what has been going on? All she has told me is to contact Victoras Dubinskas but cannot tell me who he is?

Can anyone please tell me what has happened to Mary, Maria and the Finca Office? Who is Mr Dubinskas?

I want to arrange for a 'snag checklist' to be carried out by a local surveyor - has anyone else done this and did you get your work completed?

Am I to assume that there will be no central vaccum system and gym equipment as I like many others was told that this would all be part of the complex.

I am also very concerned about the safety of the complex as I like yourselves was sold on the fact that this would be a secure complex - can anyone give me any ideas on what I can do to secure my ground floor apartment shutters?

Please can my neighbour at no 46 with the damp issue get in contact with me as I can let  you know what my surveyor says about the situation.

Look forward to your replys and updates,

 Kind Regards, Jill

Dear Jill,

I'm Andrew Taylor  and, in due course, I assume I will be the owner of No 22. I had'nt  been to Mijas for some time so asked PSI, a Marbella firm of surveyors, to carry out a snagging inspection. It cost euros 300 or so and worked very well. Philip Nott did the inspection in company with Andreas of the Finca staff, and a copy of the formal report went to FSA, my soliciter and myself. It listed a dozen or so things that needed attention, there were photos of each etc. I was in Mijas a couple of weeks later, inspected the apt with Andreas and all the points had been rectified. So, pretty good! At least it was then, about 3 months ago, I have'nt been back since.

The number of PSI is 34 952 900 678  Fax 952 857 293 and e-mail  info@propertysi.com

This does'nt rectify the lack of vacuum system, electricity, gym etc. Those are other points!

Hi all

Does anybody have any up to date info regarding Victoras posistion on the gym and other snagging issues around the development. Also has anybody had any success regarding snagging issues in there own apartments without having to use a surveyor?

regards

Paul & Jill
