Hi there everyone!
This message is to remind you all that the inaugural meeting of our Communidad is on Monday 12th February at 5pm in the Entrance building of the development.
It is vital that we private owners have as many votes as possible in order to elect the president and other officials. As you may or may not know, the Istan Townhall are trying to force us to create a special Entidad, which would give them all sorts of rights to impose expensive and onerous demands on our community.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to vote by proxy, we can send you a copy of the proxy form, which you need to return by 12 noon monday 12th Feb. along with a photocopy of your passport info page with photo.
