community fee text

hi tonight i received a text re community fees saying i havent payed In the past money was taken direct friom my bank im confused as text has no name on it  has anyone else had ftxt or can shed some light

Mileniun are contacting owners by phone if they do not have an email address for them ,so it could be them.    Have you paid the fee this year? It's likely that your details were not passed on by RPM.

I suggest you contact Mileniun on admin@cdagr.eu and check

Can someone please confirm if milenium are using the same bank and bank details to collect  our community fee's or have they changed banks since they took over from RPM.

The Bank account is in the name of the Community so has not changed, Any money you pay for Community goes to thjis account whoever the Administrator is.

hi all      i have just had a text sayin i was behind with community fees   all though 280 went out last week   the statement said condado de alhama jardin 8 so i presumed that was my fees paid allthough its the 1st lot this year but its also the 1st lot they av put in for,ps was out there last week an was very impressed overall the clover was jumpin on fri night with a great act on,also my son had a round of golf an loved it pools were all clean,weather great,beer kept cool,its not a bad life is it,hopin to get over again in a couple of weeks          see you all soon           ps if you were in clover on fri 16 i was the 1 fallin over chairs an dancin at front of stage (not a good example i know)but wen on hols

If you have recieved a text it is from the  administrator so you must respond you may owe money or it may be in errror but only you can clarify so cointact them by responding to text or e-mail admin@cdagr.eu

The policy agreed is to contact owners by text (save money on phone calls) then Phone then e-mail .......then via the courts

ok wil do    tried to ring the number they texted me on but it keeps sayin number unavailable   i wil keep tryin thanks for your help

I had a text from them yesterday too and the number I got through on (eventually) was:

sent reply to text responded to email given comes up not a prper emil address phone no no answer money in bank waitin 2pauy amova in sept maybe best 2  wait til then & pay in office?
