letter from town hall

hi  on my last visit to CDA i received a registered letter in my postbox saying i had to pick up a letter from alhama regarding town hall friends picked it up 4me while at my apartment its from AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALHAMA DE MURCIA REGISTRO GENERAL dated 3 junio and starts POR EL PRESENTE LE NOTIFICO QUE CON FECHA "$ DE MAYO DEL ANO 2010 el sr.alcalde ha dictado el siguente DECRETO no 1.939/10

has anyone else had this letter and know what it means or if any action is needed

Yes everyone has had this letter. Don;t waste your time going to Alhama. It is just notification that Condado de Alhama golf resort (us) and Alhama de Murcia town hall have come to an agreement to provide essential services to the resort.

I think this notice could have been posted in Al Kazar instead of wasting taxpayers money and residents time. It is information only and does not require any response from us.

These include things like electricity, water, telecom systems, rubbish collection etc.

It is not yet clear who provides what so we are waiting for further clarification.

I got Jose in the tourist information/town hall in Al Kazar to translate it but even he did not have more details.

Perhaps the presidents have further details?
