Does anyone have the problem of loose tiles on their terrace on the 2 bed apartments, The grout has all come out and the water and cement comes up after wet weather or just by hosing them down. We have already had them relaid last year by Polaris but Polaris customer services are saying they are not going to repair them. Does anyone know if this should be guaranteed under the  builders warranty. They don't seem to use flexible grout therefore any wetness, and they start to move again. They said it is down to extreme weather conditions but then surely all the tiles would be loose, which they are not. I just think they were not laid properly in the first place. What should I do. Any advice greatly received. Thanks
