 Can anyone provide any guidance with how you initially set up DDMs with the utilities / mamagement fees ?  I have tried to contact PW but they cant help.

we seem to be having horrendous problems making contact with these to get ddms set up etc.  we have just checked our bank account and no debits are being taken.  are they taken monthly or quarterly? 

 

Any help / guidance anyone can give would be great, we seem to already have been cut off for water!

For management fees contact general@rpmspain.com give them your bank details full number they will then arrange debit for community charge.

For water and electric if you ticked the boxes on paperwork prior to completion |olaris would have done this for you if not its your responsibility to arrange.

I have told you where the Urbaser Water office is on your other thread but i dont know where Iberdrola is other than its somewhere in Totana?

Sorry cant help anymore than this.

Hi lgardner,

I am sure when we completed last October PW got us to complete and sign  DDMs  for everything that was required.  I would check with PW customer services.

after spending a morning on the phone and with the much needed help of my Spanish friend (my pigeon spanish really wasnt up to the job!), I have finally realised that the route of our problems has been the PW initially gave the incorrect current account details to the suppliers which is why we have had so many problems! 

if anyone else is having similar problems, it may be worth checking the account the utilities are trying to collect from
