Hi,
I bought an envia golf apartment in 2004 off plan. When not completed in 2006 I asked for my £13000 deposit back.
The agents (Palmera Properties) did not help, and the developers (Inroal) have ignored my requests.
Does anyone know the following:
1. Are spanish solicitors DEL PRADO + PARTNERS any good?
2. Have inroal any money/ assets to repay me if they are taken to court?
3. Is there anyone out there in a similar position to me?
