What is the average age group that has bought on CDA?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering what the average kind of age range has bought on CDA..?? I am curious to understand the mix of people (retired, families, young couples)? I am 34 and my wife is 33 and whilst I did used to see quite a few families at La Torre I am wondering what the target group that CDA has attracted?

Sounds like there will be a real mix of agre groups then which sounds good to me. I guess families will be the main target group that has bought but likewise I guess a number of young couples will have also bought.

We are on La Isla (43F) and hoping we will be completing pretty soon.

We're in Naranjos 4 - both 40 (or at least I will be very soon .. currently her toy-boy) with 3 kids - 11, 8 & 4.

I am 34 and her good self 35, i dont think its a case of having a lot of dosh, more a case of having a lot of borrowings that we will be paying till retirement, hope this clears it up for you

We are both in our mid to late 30's (me being the younger one!).  No children.  Glad to hear that there are a wide mix of ages and some with and without children.

Okay, I'm beginning to feel old now .

We are 50 and 49, ( soon to be 51 & 50 ), so I guess that puts us in the oldie section with Will, Jackie, Yvonne and Dakey.  Guess we will have to just sit back, drink Vino and take it easy in the sun whilst you youngsters run around after your kids.  Shame ah?

I think you have it wrong, you dont run around after your kids, you train them properly which takes a long time, and then you get them to run around for you, so while your walking to the fridge for your beer i will order mine, are'nt kids great after all

I'm, new to the forum, but could not resist to give an answer to this thread!. I'm 46 and my husband is 49 -  like to old DINK's.
