Having utilities turned off

Could anyone tell me how I go about having electricity and water turned off please?

Usually Iberdrola and Aguagest cut you off if you have unpaid bills, but if your bills are upto-date and you don't require their services anymore then I would suggest calling them. Do you live in the UK?

The bills are paid. I just will not be in the property for some time.  Would you happen to have the numbers for the providers?  Thanks for your help

Ok with the electricity company, Iberdrola call 0034 901 20 20 20 and say 'Ingles' as soon as they pick up. The team are very good and helpful. Make sure they don't take your electricity meter out though as this will cost you in the future to receive electricity again.

Aguagest Levante call 0034 902 250 270. I am sure they can put a stop to your water supply immediately if you don't require it.

I think you will still receive bills though, particularly for Iberdrola as you are renting their equipment.
