Structural Problems - whose responsible?

hi. I  would like to know if anyone out there has bought a property in florida golf. We have bought an apartment on phase 2 which should be completed on the 1st. may 2007. We intend to live there for 6 months of the year,and rent it out for the rest of the time.It would be nice to know if anyone lives there permanently.

I have just returned from Spain and have too bought on Phase 2 at Florida Golf. I am only buying it as a holiday home, but still hope to go out there at least twice a year and rent it for the remaining time

Hi Janella,

                It was nice to hear from someone who has bought on the same development as us. We have bought no.364 it is on the first floor, which number have you bought. Like you we are hoping to rent it out in the summer months but staying there in the winter ourselves. Have you been given a date for completion. We are going out there in march for three months,so we are hoping in that time we will have completed. Any information we get i will let you know, so keep in touch.

Is yours one of the ones round the other side? I'm just looking at my plan and trying to work it out!! I have bought 319 which is on the other side to yours, i think, and it is right on the end, 2nd floor, furthest from the swimming pool (which hasnt been started yet, but ground is levelled off into 2 layers).

I also send you a private message on here, but if you have sent one back I wouldnt have a clue where to find it. I had enough trouble registering on here as it was! As far as I know completion is in May, but they seem to be starting at the end nearest the swimming pool as I could see that they had started to pave the terraces and tile the inside of the apartments. Unfortunately I didnt take any photos, not even of the show home, as I ran out of time. I managed to apply for my NIE number whilst I was there to save me going back to do it.

Hi to everyone who has bought on Florida Golf we are in the first phase of the apartments now changed to Marbella Golf Apartments we have been in now for just over a year. This is just to let those of you who intend to rent out your apartments that the rental returns are poor some people in our block a renting for £60.00 per week this does not cover costs.

I have advertised on several sites Holiday lettings.co.uk and Holiday rentals.co.uk and have not yet covered the cost of the adds most rentals are to family and friends.
