Golf Suites ??

Does anyone know if the golf suites have started yet or when they will start....according to Polaris rep they said late Dec or early Jan

I am just back, and there was no sign of any action around the golf suites area last week.

Not what i wanted to hear but hey...what can ye do !

Someone must have some information on when they are due to commence and when they are due to complete.

is there not a clause in the contract as to when they are required for habitation.

Last info I had was front line starting end Jan  no plans as to when the rest will start but I have had a call from PW to say all will be completed end of 2009 but will not put it in writing. I am awaiting a reply with more info.

Maybe its the main foul drainage connection for the Golf Suites? Hey JHMurcia, could you confirm if the trench is heading in that direction please?

Sorry cant confirm much really.  Maybe someone who is there now could say more.

As far as I recall the trench started by Jardin 5 and was running adjacent to the roadway and up to Jardine 9 at least. Its very deep and wide- although they have mounded the soil high across the back of the trench so it looks even deeper. They have one or two routes around it for the lorries and diggers but we didnt see the trench extending towards(into)  the golf course. We couldnt see that any pipes have been laid into the trench. So it could be preparation for anything. The workmen were back and forth around it and digging up the road near the Sports boulevard.

I'm no longer sure where the Golf Suites are supposed to be located as I've read a few posts here and there about what will now be at the back of the Jardines. Originally I thought they were to be almost prior to Jardines 1 but on the golf course side of the road.

polaris say the golf suites will be to the fron and right of the jardines security entrance.(however cant see them starting till all the deposits taken)

there is no work planned in between the jardines and the golf course so im thinking it must be pipe work unless they are telling pork pies.

Must be telling porkies as we were told back in October that they were building more jardines at the back of the existing jardines.  Who knows we will just have to wait and see, PW are a law unto themselves.
