Had along chat with Juan Antonia this morning who was very helpful and efficient over several matters to do with our snagging and also good for a general chat.
He told us that the road only needs one more layer and it is finished-it will take very little time but the company doing it are off on other jobs at the moment(just like English builders!) but it sounds like it will be done by the end of the year.He showed us the plans etc and where the road leads to and who is responsible for what bits etc. I believe it will happen and will be ok.Hang on in there those of you waiting,it really will be worth it.
Phase 2 is more or less finished and a lot of phase 4 is also finished.He told us 80/90%. I have been impressed with the service and help we have received.Will keep you posted while we are here.
PS Weather is fantastic-even dipped in the pool last week!!
