Whistling Sound from Windows

The other night when there was extreme winds, we had a very loud whistling sound coming from one of our windows.
When you opened the window in question it went away.

Anybody else experienced this?

Ghosts, it was Halloween!!!!!!!!

We've just returned from kitting out out apartment and when locking up yesterday afternoon I also heard whistling from the bedroom window...same goes it disappeared when I opened it.....and it wasn't particularly windy!  I thought it could have been coming from the shutters but will ask Roda to check it out.   Let me know if you have any success!

i asked for it to be added to my snag list, so hopefully will do something about it - eventually!!
or maybe it was headless corpse, perhaps the de vere hotel manager
