The Celt - down from hotel 525, if you head staight down for Los Narejos there's Fitzers and a Spanish Cocktail Bar.
Since your in Spain try the Spanish method - on the beach front at Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares there are several Tapas bars - wander from one to the next have a beer and tapas - truly a great way to spend and evening. Prices really reasonable E1.60 for a large beer.
