I have been in contact with Parador a lot over the last few weeks and hope to meet up with one of their reps who has promised to take us 'by the hand' through the first visit and snagging process on 28th August. In fairness I don't think the owners club is the best 700 euros we could have spent but we are out in September to sort out NIEs POA etc and Neville - our Parador guy - has been very helpful. He is pushing air con etc so i am assuming that there is a commission element in it for him if he sells but thats OK cos we'll only say yes to what we want anyway.
