Spanish catholic query - re 'encapuchado de la Santa Cena'

Has anyone any idea of precisely what the cost of maintenace charges in CDP. Also can you let us know what are the plans for TV as I am aware we are all getting an aerial which should allow us receive the normal Spanish Stations. When I was out there last I saw a brochure which promised a variety of cable channels for a once of cost for instatlation  and then a low monthly rental. It had the Sports channels and UK and Irish channels. Great to hear that some of the phases on the right hand side Fase V and Fase IX seem to moving on. Keep the faith. By the way who will be out t5here in October form the 7th till the 18th .

Paul, we are coming out on 3rd-12th October if you fancy meeting up.
 We are staying in Mojacar but will be visiting the site since we are trying to pull out of Phase 2 and having quite a battle.

Sorry to hear you are pulling out and I am aware of the difficulties of puilling out and the obvious cost. Its not like the UK or Ireland where the Law tries to be just it seems that the Spanish developer is in a win win situation no matter how many promises he breaks. We are staying in a villa in San juan and initially there are 4 of us coming and then two days later another daughter and her partner are arriving. We will no doubt see you in San juan one of the nights as we are there for 12 nights.
