Endesa Electric Bill

Has anyone got together as a group and hired a lawyer to represent them . or is anyone thinking of doing this ,i have been looking for lawyers and have been quoted 12.000 euros as the fee to get things sorted out. I have also been given two opinions as to what i should. 1. to hold on to the apartment as an investment and.  2 to bail out and get my money back ( this could take up to two years or more and there is already a long list of crteditors. I also have not had a letter from aifos yet asking me to do the snagging and on the one ocassion i did actually speak to them they promised they would call back with information but never did. 
I have bought in gardinia block and have paid the initial deposit. any info, advice or help would be greatly appreciated. i really think if we all stick together we have all got a much better chance of not losing out here.

just an update really.
I have bought in Hortensia.
have carried out first snag and am going over next week to do final snag.
been advised to complete and then look to take action as a group, but I did manage to speak to aifos last week, who sounded far more positive about building pool and tennis courts, once they get another license approved!! so still hoping!!
