Looking for Work in Spain

Hello,
I am currently a student in college in Ireland. For my college course I have to work during the summer in Spain. I would like some advice on where to go. I am learning Spainish and would like to work in a resturant, cafe or hotel. I am 22 so although I am hard working would like to be somewhere were there is a good life for people in there 20s
any help would be apricatated
