Bárcenas signed statement in front of notary 'naming and shaming' PP's donors and recipients of funds

FORMER treasurer and senator Luis Bárcenas signed a statement in front of a notary giving names of those who had donated funds to the PP and those who had received them during the 15 years he managed the party's cashflow, according to a report received by the judge handling the slush-fund case. The document, handed to the court by the Financial Crimes Unit (UDEF), and dated December 14, 2012, confirms Bárcenas (pictured) was responsible for monitoring income and expenses under the heading 'PP Donations', jointly with Álvaro de Lapuerta, between 1994 and 2009
