Sterling Euro Exchange rate almost 1.29

According to xe.com, the GBP/EUR exchane rate is 1.28887. So it looks like it could be another good week for those of us earning in pounds. It's also great for tourists coming to Spain this summer. It's starting to make Spain cheap again.

I leave for Malaga on Saturday & was getting a load of Euros tomorrow.
Wonder now whether to wait until Wednesday or even Thursday, has to be no later as "on line" is most favourable but needs a couple of days for it to get here.

It's good to see the pound getting stronger against the Euro. It can only have a better impact on the Spanish economy. If things are much cheaper in Spain then British tourists will inevitably spend more.
