RENFE cutting train ticket prices by 5%
06 March 2011 @ 20:21
RENFE, the state-owned Spanish railway company, is temporarily reducing ticket prices by 5%.
This part of the ridiculous new measures to reduce the motorway speed limit from 120 to 110 km/hr.
The 5% reduction only applies to short distance journeys (Cercanias) and medium length journeys. The discount will not apply to high speed AVE journeys.
