If you have a Spanish TDT box (Spanish freeview) there is quite a lot of English Premier League football on, totally free of charge.  There's usually a match on Saturday, one on Sunday and then one or two mid week games.  The matches are on La 2 and Teledeporte channels.  They are not always the same games that Sky show but they always show the big matches involving the top 4.  Liverpool seem to be particular favourites on Spanish TV, presumably because of Benitez and Torres being Spanish.

The bad news is that from the 2010/2011 season onwards, the Premier League will move back to Spanish pay tv, so enjoy it while you can.
