Hi,
We enjoyed a relaxing few days at DV over the mid-term. It was very quiet, very little people around, but the main pool was quite busy. V. warm while we were there. Extremely happy with apt and looking forward to our next visit.

My husband is at Duquesa Village this weekend. He was hoping to get on site to view block 17 but we were told for security reasons he could not. So he is showing a friend the show apartment so will be meeting up with ros y falcon. If he receives any further update on block 17 we will let you know. Our contract states it should have been ready before summer 07, so February 08 is a bit worrying.
He will be taking photos of block 17 and surrounding area so we will post them on the site.

Thanks for the photo of block 17. It certainly does not look like it will be ready by the Summer. The photos look a little damp, obviously it rained a little! Best of luck with your new apartment.
For all others in phase 3 my husband will be over in January so should be able to post some more photos.

Hi,
Viva which has a podcast you can listen to on this site now charge 2% commission on a sale which is good. Just check out the solicitor situation as they seem to like to arrange this for you but I think there is a substantial charge for this. Also if you are in a hurry Direct Auctions sell properties at reduced prices quickly.
