Dear all

Even if you win your case, there is no guarantee you will get your money back but you are guaranteed a bill for legal representation.  There are no follow ups after a win, months, years passed by and then next you know it, the company goes into administration.  There are no time frame as to when you should get your money back.

For me it was a case of throwing borrowed money away for nothing to fight an unjust system.

Does any one know how many years will it take for a decision to be made after a final hearing, including appeals, dealing tactics and time wasting. Is  8-10 a reasonable time frame.

Thank you Joyjo, I havd waited a very long time to get this point, yours was quick compared  to mine and others.  I would give it another five years to wrap up if I m lucky,  taking it to under 15 years in total.

Hope you get your money back soon.

Hi all

Does any one know how many years it may take to get a result after a preliminary hearing.  Am I at the beginning of a long drawn out fight. It has taken over 5 years to geg this far, will it take another 5 years to get an actual hearing.  I will have to  send the youngest child out to work by then.

Any advice on this subject is appreciated.
