We have just spent a fews days in our apartment at the beginning of april. while we were there the shop opened on the Hacienda, it`s very well stocked and the prices seem reasonable.

we walked the golf course which is coming along and it looked as if they were getting ready to open a bar and a temporary club house.

We were very please with the apartment and it was the first time we saw our glass curtains which we have had fitted , these are fabulous and allowed us to use our balcony although it was a bit chilly in the evenings.

We`ve just had glass curtains fitted to our apartment ,they look really good and will be very welcome this time of year . We are very pleased with them .

 

 ( although we should have permission they are excepted as temporary fittings and have been widely fitted on La Torre and Mar menor so we do not expect any problems once the community is established)

we completed in october , Our gaz was on within 2 weeks and water and electric within 4 , the money wasn`t taken from our bank until december. Not sure how much PW know about connections as our keyholder checked out that ours was on but PW didn`t know immediately.
