I think most reputable companies want an upfront fee to pay for advertising etc.  We use Easylet part of the Easybuy company in Torrevieja. They have managed to find us decent long term tennants for the last two years.  We have been really happy with their service, no problems collecting rent or electric etc. All paid into our account minus their commission.  Worth paying for a decent service.

Hi,  pool has now been open for a week !   Thank goodness as it has been very hot.  It was a nice surprise when Hugh knocked on door with key one morning.  I was in within the half hour!

Thought I would leave a quick message as I now live at Montesol.  Doubt if pool will be open by end of september the way things are going.  Until we have paid maintenance how is insurance for pool going to be paid?  Last I heard they were still getting quotes in for insurance and now everyone has shut down for the summer!   So be lucky if we get a swim this year. We found Thomsonfly do from Birmingham and East Midlands.  Whether they do from Manchester I'm not sure, but worth a try. You need to go into the various airlines websites and check under cargo.  Some list various pet agents and they do vary in price.  We were quoted anything from £225 incl. up to £550!   www.ana-aviation.com  might be able to help.  But you cant currently book on line as they were making changes to website.  We are using Whitely Sky Dogs based at Tamworth, they are not your area but might be able to help.  tel 01629734000.   By the way not all flights cater for animals, so you have to book cat on flight first then see if there are any passenger seats.  We booked our cat on three times before we were able find seats on same flight!   Good luck.     Sylvie
