I am sooooo glad we, and plenty of other people who have puchased off plan ,with this shower of shit called Aifos, have put our dealings with them, in the hands of a firm of lawyers in Marbella called Lawbird.

I hope we take them for every cent and more,for all the grief they have caused to lots and lots of  people who mistook them for a reputable company.

Anyway,rant over. Hope you all enjoy your havens in the sun, when they are finally handed over to you.

Bought off plan 4 yrs ago on Hipodromo site Mijas,still no sign of build,allthough first stage blocks going up.Anybody out there with a good word to say of AIFOS???.  Thinking of trying to get my dosh back .Any feedback would be appreciated

Hip,Hip,Hooray!!!  Just received confirmation letter from Aifos+photo copies of planning licence granted for site modifications to Las Caballerizas.Completion date for apartments to follow.Never mind,It's only been 3 and a bit years waiting,perhaps I'll get to sleep in the night now.Mind you,It will probably be another 3 and a bit years,untill the first brick is put in place.
