We have been looking at several developments around the Don Julia area including Casares Golf  and could see the Hyatt building does anyone know when it is due to open?We were impressed with the apts, any pitfalls we should look out for if we decide to purchase?

Just wondering how everyone is getting on in their apt in P1 and if it has been completely finished, are there still a lot of apts for sale?  Have emailed Mike new sales person at JDM to get info but had no reply to date.  Susan

We have bought in P2 but have been told it is not going ahead fro several years, we are being offered apts in P1, just wondering how things are going and how everyone is feeling about P2 not being built.  Susan
