Hi, yes the IBI bills are out now. The are about 150euros for the year. Simone at Oasis properties is paying mine for me. She charges 40euros to go and collect it, then you transfer the amount + 40 euros and she pays it for you.

As a matter of interest Go Go have vacated their large office in Aguilas (opposite the old local Police office). They were there at 9a.m. last Friday and at 11a.m. were gone. Apparently Ronald owed the owner fof the office more than 3 months rent and the owner turned up with the police and a lawyer, told him he had 2 hours to leave, and he went! Not for good unfortunately as he is opening up in  a small unit opposite the little petrol station in the centre of the town (at the traffic lights). Not sure what name he will be using yet so beware!

The reason the building on the commercial centre has not been restarted is that the electricity pylon has to be moved, and at the moment it looks like Iberdrola are re-routing the cables underground. The road has been dug up as you turn into Los Collados (on the right) and cables are being laid, as well as across the main road.

It is a nuisance that it is taking so long but we're in Spain!

Hi

The electricity pylon is situated right next to the road about 80yards on the right as you enter Los Collados, inside the construction fencing. Iberdrola are there now doing something with the cables (not sure what!) but it apparently is true that this pylon has to be moved as it is too close to the new commercial centre building before the building works can re-commence.

Trevor is right - the pitch and putt will be surfaced with artificial grass and will be a facility for the use of Los Collados owners (not public), to be managed and maintained by the various communities. it is my understanding that this means that all  owners will have a key to access the area.
