I would like the same information, I have a 2 bed 2 bath unit phase 3 - 3rd floor (not a penthouse), due to sign deeds shortly, but don't want to complete on it. Very cheap price too, is it possible to find a buyer so soon before completion - and who is likely to be able to do this does anyone know?

I got my mortgage through the developers bank, the charges were apparently better if I did it this way. I got extra cash on top to pay for Furnishing, one thing I've just found out from my lawyers is that the title deeds have to be registered with the land registry BEFORE I can get my hands on this extra money, and this takes approximately 3 months from signing the deed. (One person I spoke to said theirs took 8 months!! ) I'm not sure if this is the way with all spanish mortgages? It's kind'a annoying.

Hi allimal - have you approached the bank that's given the developer their mortgage? I've got my mortgage through phase 3's developer mortgage bank, maybe it'll work in your favour with securing it early. Also apparently cheaper to set up with the developers mortgage too. Phase 3 is with Caja Madrid - they are english speaking too.

I'm buying in phase 3 too, I got mortgage offer early last week and am waiting for lawyer to give me a date on deed signing. I went out there 2 weeks ago and managed to get 10 minutes access to my actual appartment, was very impressed. It was all very clean and the fitted kitchen / bathroom looked quality. I haven't looked into snagging yet though. Also don't know about community charges.. To view your appartment you have to make an appointment, they apparently only do 5 viewings a day. I am in block 1 - the golf course around this area is yet to be developed, just an area of earth at the moment. Does anyone know approx time between signing of deed and getting keys? And has anyone looked into furniture packs?
