Hi,
Does anyone know how much Calanova Sea Golf apartments are selling for now? I'm particularly interested in apartments that were originally priced at 210,000 euros (the smallest properties on the development)

Hi Calanova Sea Golf Owner,
Some of you have used this Eye On Spain forum in the past as a way of communicating with other owners. I think it would be really useful if we could resurrect it so that we can share all sorts of useful information, including more general information relating to owning a property in Spain as well as Calanova related info.
Perhaps if you know other owners, you could encourage them to use it too.

Dear Calanova Owners,
Has anyone managed to renegotiate the terms of their mortgage ie, to get a better interest rate, etc? If you've had any success in doing this, I'd appreciate your comments/advice. My mortgage is with the UCI and my monthly payments are going up and up, especially since the interest only period has finished, so I'd be particularly interested in any success stories with this company.

I have a property in Spain that I don't use or rent out, however, I still have to pay a monthly minimum electricity charge of about 20 euros, and a quarterly minimum water charge of about 25 euros. As the property is not being use, is it possible to have the water and electricity disconnected? If so, does anyone know how much this costs and would there be any problems to the property, etc in having them disconnected.
