Hi, I realise it has been a while since the last post on this forum.  I have been looking at this complex and am considering buying a 3 bed townhouse there.  Can anyone give me some feedback about your experience there?  Is there any short term rental potential? I have asked several agents but they all come back with different opinions, either a piece of cake to rent out, or not much hope of any rentals, so I've been left confused.  I notice there are quite a few units advertised for long rentals at the moment.

Is the complex well maintained? From what month are the pools open? Has the amount of service charge been stable since purchasing? Quality of build? etc.  Is there anyone on site that would maintain the private gardens and at what price?

I would appreciate as much information as you can provide.

I've used www.einforma.com to check solvency status in the past. You can find out about any company's status, filing of their accounts etc. Basically what you would get from Companies House.  As I must still be on their database, I regularly receive notification of any changes affecting these companies.  I have received a few notifications in the last few weeks regarding Peninsula, but as I am not a subscriber any longer I haven't seen the full reports.

I'm glad you were happy with Suites upon your visit.  However, and correct me if I'm wrong, Suites' developer is Grupo Balboa and NOT Peninsula, isn't it.

Hi,

I've just uploaded some pictures of Tee 17, which a friend took for me on 7/2/10. 

This is the same building which Peninsula assures us will be completed VERY soon.  Just compare it with Peninsula's website's photos of the same building to realise what difference it makes to take the pics from one angle or another!!
