Hi Gerard,

As you know I am currently in the UK but fully support your meeting wish I was there to give some input but we have spent a lot of money and things are coming to a standstill and when Gomendio hands stuff ove to the council for them to upkeep perhaps if they done this they would sell more apartments which would be more taxes and income foe the local community.

Thanks for your comments I am afraid to tell you the fenced off area at back and between the apartments was build by Gomendio and handed over to the council so it is not private it is a public walkway.

I am really interested in getting involved in running our community and making it a better place to live only problem is that I live in the UK but anything I can do then I will do.

Hi everyone understand that some people in La Recoleta having problems with very high electricity bills one person 350 euros for 2mths must admit mine not bad well at least I think so:

 

02/08 - 55euros, 04/08 - 61euros, 06/08 - 46euros, 08/08 - 68euros, 10/08 - 156euros & 12/08 - 82euros = 39euros per month

Anybody out there having problems like the other people that I know because they have been onto the builder and have been told that faulty metres are a regular occurance and if you think they are high you should contact the electricity company.

Be interesting to see how much other people are paying just to get a comparison
