We used inspctahome and were pleased with the service provided.  Our agents insisted that I sign a letter that I didn't want them to snag the property for me, which I did, they then declined to assist me any further in chasing up the outstanding snags.  If your agents ask you to sign anything like this, refuse and have the snagging done by both.  I understand that the builders are now allowing snagging to be done before completion, but they didn't at the time I completed.  Best of luck.

You can change to a sofa bed as long as the plastic covering hasn't been removed.  Not sure about the costs, but I think it is quite a lot more.

We were out for 10 days earlier this month and had a great time.The weather is brilliant at the moment.

My 20 year old daughter wants to move out to DH2 and live in our apartment there.  She will be managing to get out 3/4 times every year.  She wants to live there alone, but I'm not keen so she will have to stay in sunny Wigan instead.  I'm not too sure if she would be able to get a job there, plus I don't want her to spoil my holidays when we are over. (LOL)
