We purchased a home on Playa Golf 3,Orihuela Costa and moved in full time in July.All was fine for 3 months and then all our world went upside down in the space of 5 days.On the Wednesday my wife was harrassed by a man in a car whilst on the way to her job in an English supermarket.On the Saturday we were broken into and jewellery,cash,credit cards,laptop and all my sons electronic games were stolen.Then on the Monday the thieves returned and ripped the grille from a window and stole a brand new LCD tv.My wife is now terrified of even visiting Spain,let alone living there.She wants to sell the property and begin life again here in the U.K.I on the other hand ,want revenge,to return to Spain and get these bastards back.If anyone out there has had a similar experience and wants to join me in Spain to set a trap for the scum there ,please leave a message here.Please be aware that this will not be for the faint-hearted .You will however get 2 weeks in Spain at my expense and all drinks provided.

,Its me again,the person who started the topic of the certificate of habitation and was burgled twice in one weekend on playa golf 3.I am just writing becaue every day I feel so angry at the agency from whom I bought my house. When they were after my payments they were only too keen to send letters and e-mails to remind me.Now that I am writing to them to complain.... nothing.Iam about to pursue legal action in the U K to get some sort of justice in this matter .If anyone can offer me any advice I would be truly grateful.The name of the agent is MASA.

Having purchased a home in Playa Golf 3 may I express my disgust at the situation we were left in .Apadron was impossible to obtain due to the lack of a Certificate of Habitation,a telephone land line not available for at least two years and to cap it all,we were burgled twice in three days.Needless to say we are now back at home in the U.K and rebuilding our lives.I only hope that this does not happen to others living there .Good luck.
