I was considering long term rental in Casares but must say I am dismayed to hear all the doom surrounding the complex. I certainly do not want to live in a ghost town with security issues let alone all the other squabbling. It's a pity as it seems a lovely complex but living on my own, I can't afford to put my security at risk. If anyone has different views please let me know or other long term rentals in more cheerful areas! Thanks

Hello,

I am to start a job in Gibraltar very soon. I am looking for a long term rental (at least a year), unfurnished (would like to move my own stuff in), ideally 2-3 bedroom, close to beach and bars (living alone so want to be near people!). I am familiar with the area, have family who live in Marbella but need to live closer to Gib to commute in every morning so La Duquesa and around there would be ideal. I'd much prefer to be close to the beach (walking distance). Shall consider up to 900 euros per month.
