Hi everybody,
I had a call and an email from these guys and agree with Justin. If this isn't a con I don't know!! They want 1500 euros up front for marketing and a 500 "deposit" which "will keep your property ready for rental at all times"?!?!?

When I spoke to the guy he said "oh yeah, Alcaidesa, that's somewhere near Alicante isn't it?" (it's 15 min from Gibraltar!) and when I asked him how he was going to manage my property when he didn't have a presence in Alcaidesa or even knew where it was he still wasn't stumped for words. Unbelievable. He also asked me if I wanted to sign up there and then. I think not!

I wouldn't touch them.
