Thank you all for e-mails we have received on calanova grand golf.I think it is immaterial whether there are lots of apartments or not. We have bought into it  and have waited a long time up to this for completion . What I am interested in knowing is, if this development is completed and if not what is the expected completion date ? How soon after completion can the developer expect to get the habitation licence ?

Good to hear there is progress at Calanova Grand Golf and that it should be completed in December. What kind of time will it take to receive habitation licence ?

Helen the Irish must be very vulnerable. I also bought into Palm Golf in 2002. They have transferred me to block 1 ground floof in Calanova Grand Golf. I was there i in April . I agree the apartment blocks are close together. A bit disappointed that I wont be able to walk onto the green area from the front. It looks I have a terrace in both front and back of my apartment. It is a long way from the shops and La Cala. Keep in touch.

I have a two bedroom apartment in Calanova Golf , La Cala  for sale. It is due to be  completed in Oct.2007. I would like to hear from anyone else in the same situation in this development.
