Hi there Neighbours
Well like pam we have just got back from a trip.
Pam your photo's are great.
sorry to say for one reason or another we weren't able to get to the 'photo' stage
before we went ,i must say i was a little worried about a few things,like quality of work and
the tiles , but after seeing just the one house (thats another story ! ) i was impressed and happy
that things are looking realy good. Like you Pam, i thought the woodwork was very classy, stair ways
were also realy nice with the wrought iron rails, and the tiles throughout i was more than happy with.
Now because we only got to see the one house, Pam your photos showed a couple of houses, and i thought
the tiles in some of them looked different colours ,the house we got to see was a californian, it had peachy
floor tiles where in other photos the floor tiles seemed to be white, was that a trick of the light?
Sonia did tell me that there was a few changes, in our favour,
because peinsa have 'faft 'around a bit
first one is, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms , units now included.
2 - alarm systems now included. 3 - vanity unit and mirror, in bathroom and toilet and
shower screen in main bathroom. also 4- kitchen units with Silestone worktops (what is silestone ?)
and finally, 5- hot water by combination of solar cell and heater (their words, not mine )
Well i know i didn't bring home the photos, but hope iv' e made up with the 'add ons' in our favour.
Well if i remember anythink else , i''l be back
