I so totally aggree !!!!!!!!

The cigarette situation is getting to me aswell. Both Geraldine and I are sick of seeing butts in the flowerpots/rooftop and the smell of cigs in the corridors !!!!!!!  They should take pride in the complex.

Thanks so much for the photos  !!!!!!!!!!  I was out there at the same time but your photos are better.  I couldnt believe how finished the apts are. I got to visit ours and the only thing not completed were the white goods., All looks great. Our apt was airy and spacious !!!! They will be finished by July I think. We also opened a bank account while we were out there. I found halifax in guardamar to be the best. We spoke to Andreas Klein (manager) who was very helpful and genuine. Also can recommend a great restaurant in Guardamar - La  Vuelta  Food fab and a great jazz session as well
