Finally got confirmation from currency exchange my interest payment is in their account. Great Christmas present.

So that is legal costs and interest.

For all those still fighting, dont give up, it is a long process but with the right people fighting your corner you will get the victory you deserve.

Apologies for delay in responding.

Interest payment is apparently on its way, did not mention it before because i prefer to wait until it is in my bank then it is fact not fiction.

Hi All.

To encourage those still fighting.

Summary.

Appointed Antonio, now Gunnercooke formally DWF in 2012 to recover deposit from Banco Pastor.

Court case in Almeria in 2014, won.

Deposit returned after much confusion and delay in June 2016.

Finally received legal costs Nov 2016.

Keep fighting.
